Most people on this forum seem to view the penis, metaphorically, as a muscle. But i’m not so sure that’s right.

If you do the newbie routine, i’m sure it will be a MUCH safer route to travel, but you’re effectively building something up that’s not a muscle. You’re making it stronger so that it can better counter the effects of streching / jelqing / clamping / etc. (of course it will work, but it will take a VERY long time)

Take metal for example, if you want to strech, elongate, or thin out a strip of metal, you add heat to make it softer, not harder, so that it gives less resistance, and you can manipulate it more easily. Same can apply to the body, for example take these women with extremely long necks (). They dont work their neck out to make it longer, they do the opposite. They use rings to support their neck, causing the muscles to wither away, and in effect eliminate resistance. Then, they add pressure and get magnificent results.

I’m gonna attempt to use this same theory in my advantage. Instead of working my way up, i plan on streching and hanging while my penis is still “unconditioned”, this way, there will be less resistance to change, and when it does change, it will grow back permanently, in that new state.

If anyone has seen the movie Gattica, they remember the part where the protagonist’s legs are cut off, moved apart a centimeter or so, and then naturally grow back longer. They repeat this process over various months, and his legs heal back a foot or so longer then their original length.

I believe that the same can be applied to the penis, if you pull the penis correctly, beyond it’s capacity, it will have to grow back longer, and it only seems logical that the quickest results would stem from an unconditioned penis, as opposed to conditioned one, which can offer much less resistance to change.

As of 5/1/05 BPEL = 6.50" EG = 5.25" 5/20/05 BPEL = 7.00" (This is at the peak right before an orgasm) EG = 5.38" First Goal BPEL = 8.50" EG = 6.25" FL > 5.00" (haven't done PE since about August of 2005)

Getting back into it for a week now, same goals as before, but..

1/10/2010 BPEL = 6.625", EG = 5.25" ... Really wish I did PE for the last 4+ years. Who knows where I would be at.

IMHO, his idea is a recipe for BDS (broken dick syndrome).

Deconditioning breaks in a routine are talked about all the time around here. Just do a search for deconditioning break.

Uh, didn’t you just complain of an injury?

Yeah, that’s just the kind of injury you get when you aren’t conditioned properly. Kind of a catch 22.
