Quick warm-up in the shower question

Hey guys,

When doing a warm-“wrap” or warm up in the shower, I normally just turn the shower head to a single stream, point it at my penis, and make sure the water is very hot (right before scalding) and just wait 5 minutes.

Is this excessive? Could I just take a hot shower for 5-10 minutes and by the heat in the room itself will my penis be primed to do the workout?

Or can I do something in the middle between the two:
Have warm water watch over my body and let is run down my stomach to my penis?

I know these questions seem redundant, but who knows. I don’t want to do something which seems efficient but is only half hazardly correct.

I ask this also because 5 minutes of waiting will a single hot stream is just pouring on my penis and no where else is pretty boring and cold for the rest of my body.


As of 5/1/05 BPEL = 6.50" EG = 5.25" 5/20/05 BPEL = 7.00" (This is at the peak right before an orgasm) EG = 5.38" First Goal BPEL = 8.50" EG = 6.25" FL > 5.00" (haven't done PE since about August of 2005)

Getting back into it for a week now, same goals as before, but..

1/10/2010 BPEL = 6.625", EG = 5.25" ... Really wish I did PE for the last 4+ years. Who knows where I would be at.

I’m quite new to this as well, but the same thought has gone through my head. To solve the problem, I simply used a wash cloth over my rod while in the shower making sure that sufficient warm water (doesn’t have to be scolding!) goes over the cloth every now and then to keep it as warm as possible. I actually don’t’ have a wash cloth. I suppose I could just go out and buy it but I use the fluff sponge things. So if the method I asked about in the OP works, that would be ideal.

Practicing good hygeine by washing the snake and eggs in a hot shower should be sufficient, I wouldn’t let it worry me too much.

I’ve been doing this since the beginning of my training, and the results are mixed. Some days it seems to work better than others. Make sure to try to keep everything as constant as possible.
