I’ve been reading around the forums a lot and I was just wondering..

Is it possible to do too many stretches?

I know with too much jelqing you can cause serious injury, but is there too much stretching? I’ve dabbled in PE before, and I ask this because I read in one post that some of you do length exercises and girth exercises at different times. I would like to increase length for now, and worry about girth after. So can any injury be caused by stretching too much too hard? I feel like I can never stretch hard enough.

Of course you can stretch too much. Don’t try to pull on your dick 5 hours a day.

Yes. You can lose blood flow/circulation, nerve damage, and get bruises and/or red spots the penis glans/head and shaft from reckless manual stretching without any caution. I made this mistake when I was a newb beginning PE about a year ago, and although I got good gains in the beginning from hardcore manual stretching every way I could think of (stretching straight down all the time would have been best for me with some BTC stretchs IMO and maybe a V-Stretch here and there) I soon plateaued from the lig gains and I learned the hard lesson of overtraining in PE. Just like in bodybuilding when lifting weights, it is a reality that you can overtrain yourself in PE and actually slow yourself down from making furthur gains if you don’t rest enough in between PE sessions whether doing girth work or manual stretching or hanging, whatever. You just have to do a fine balancing act between doing as much as you can do without overtraining which will of course slow your progress in the long run. Believe me I know what I’m talking about. ;)

Can you make good gains in length by stretching, with caution. Jelqing is not always easy, as I don’t live on my own, and people come in and out. Right now, I was length over girth, and hope to be on my own soon so that I can expect a lot of free time with no questions to do jelqing.

If say I stretch 10-15 minutes a day 2 days on 1 day off *is that the correct thing from the newbie routine?* could I expect say gains in maybe 2 weeks or so, or would that only be if I was jelqing also.

I did ONLY streching for 1 month - got an half inch on length and quarter on girth. Begin slowly and build your way up. 1e week 10 mins - 2e week 15 and the third 20 and up.
