Started P.E. Few days ago and I was wondering, when doing manual stretches am I using the head of the penis as a “door knob” to full stretch the penis. Because if I grab behind on the shaft a little I get a hardon but if I grab the head I don’t. I am I gana pull my glans off.

No, that is very unlikely. But you will probably be able to get a longer hold if you grab on the top of the shaft and have a little blood there.

To reduce the incidence of getting a erection masturbate first, wait a half hour.
If your afraid your going to pull your glans off, your likely pulling to hard, don’t pull from the glans!

Be careful not to damage the dorsal nerves. There’s also a sensitive nerve bundle just in front of the glans on the top of the shaft. Care should be taken so as to avoid injury to those areas. If you’re unsure as to whether or not you may be risking injury, look at the instructions/instructional-videos again.

I just completed my third workout last night and realized that’s what I was doing (stretching the skin near the base). I then made sure I stretched using the head. How strong should the feeling of stretching be when doing manual stretching the right way?
