Would it be alright to do a few stretches during the day, like going to the bathroom, then banging out a few stretches? W/o warmup?

Also, I did search, what is the overhand you-grip for jelqing?

I did, but it came out Overhand you-grip….it wont let me type the U.

I didnt want to start a new thread. So to add to my questions above, would it matter if I did the manual stretches in the morning and jelqed at nightime? Thanks alot fellas..

Do a search for ‘split routines.’ It’s a common method of PEing. Don’t forget to warm up properly.


Starting Measurements - BPEL 6.5" EG 5"

Goals - BPEL 8" EG 6"

Current Measurements - Gaining length mostly

At the begining, I do everything in one session, stretch the jelq, but I could hardly maintain my erection level while jelqing, I believe it’s because after stretching, my unit is somehow exhausted.

Now, I do split, it’s perfect. But I do jelq in the morning, since morning wood is REALLY good for jelqing, and stretch at night time. At both sessions, my unit is in the fresh state to do the workout.
