Hey, been doing the newbie routine for about 3 weeks now.. All seems well - bigger flaccid, morning wood, night woods.. I’ve been on the schedule of 2 on 1 off and tonight is an on night after a day of rest but I have had this feeling similar to blue balls all day. I want to “relieve myself” but want to do a workout later tonight.. Thoughts?

Sex is only counter productive if it decreases EQ.

The key factor is you don’t want shrinkage for hours after your workout. If you aren’t getting that from sex, then it will have very little to no negative effects on your gains.

If you jerk off and several hours later you have a productive workout and don’t have shrinkage more than usual, and nite wood is still great, then you won’t decrease your gains.

Some guys jerk off and they get a lot of shrinkage and decreased nite wood and EQ in general for a day or at least 6 hours or so. In their case, they probably will get less gains from it.

There is no hard and fast rule to sex and PE, you have to evaluate how it effects you.

Personally, if i have to masturbate I try and do it 2-3 hours before my workout. This seems to work pretty well.

But like Sparkyx said, you kind of have to figure it all out for yourself.

Seems like PE enhances my drive so I have to get it off more often.. Doesn’t seem to hurt anything, but can see how anything changes and is in well workin order.
