Quick question about extenders

I’m going to design an extender to complement my hanging. I’ve never used an extender before and I’m not sure how it’s supposed to feel. Is the device meant to just keep the penis in the extended state or am I supposed to feel some tension? I ask this because from looking at extender manufacturer sites, they demo their product giving the impression that some can just slap it on and away you go, like the video of the PeniMaster . Others, like the video on the main page of the JesExtender , demonstrate tension. So which is it? Extended or tension while extended?

From my experience an extender using vacuum is the best other than silicone straps and noose extender example vac extender.

How it’s supposed to feel? Just a very mild stretch for most of the time. Hard to explain if you don’t try.

I suppose you aren’t a newbie as your join date seems to show? We alway recommend to newbies to stay just on a manual based routine.

I don’t like the JES Extender. I have the one with the silicone straps, my glans is hurt all the time. I did not tried the new way to hold the penis/glans.

I don’t like the AndroPenis Extender either. I have the one with the silicone straps and some foam to go over the strap, my glans is hurt within an hour time. And if you loosen it a bit, it falls off.
