Ok, I’ve been poking around for a while and havent found answers to my questions, so if they are already somewhere I apologize.

Firstly, I was wondering when it is safe for a newbie to start doing ADS, I don’t have a whole lot of free time during my day, so having an ADS on would be ideal for me, but I remember hearing something about ADS not being safe until after you have been on the newbie routine for a while (I’ve been doing the newbie routine for about a week). Also, what is considered the be all end all of ADS, it seems there are a lot of different ADS’s but what is the most stealthy / effective. Besides that, should ADS follow a hanging session, and when is it safe to begin hanging. Sorry if this is a repeat post, I’ve been searching.

Well, the only way to know would be to try the ADS. If your penis starts hurting, stop immediately and maybe try with a lesser stretch tomorrow.

You should at least do the newbie routine for a solid 2 weeks. It’s recommended that you do it for 2 months. The reason is so that your dick can handle more stress and so when you do perform the more advanced stuff that you don’t injure yourself.

Stick to the newbie routine. At least for a little longer.
