I only started PE two weeks ago, and am very impressed with the results. I have grown nearly 3/4” in length and a 1/4” in girth. I was skeptical in the beginning but, am now a firm believer. If things keep up at this pace, I may have to change my goal.

Holy moly.. 1/4” in girth in two weeks? I wish I could gain girth like that! In addition, almost an inch in lenght…….. You must be a natural, boy. Hahahaha

Current: (6/24/14): 7 3/4 bpel (7 nbp) x 5 5/8 mseg. BEG 6 1/4. BPFSL 8 1/8.

Goals: First: 7 1/2 bpel x 5 1/2 mseg ACHIEVED! Current Goal: 7 nbp x 5 3/4 mseg (almost there!)

My wife noticed it was bigger while giving a bj, a couple nights ago. I thought it was in her all in her head, since she new I was doing PE. It has been much bigger flaccid, but it didn’t think it would have grown that much. 1 was going to hold off on measuring for a month, but she peeked my interest.

Congratulations on the gains! That should help you stay motivated to continue. I’ve been PE’ing just over a week and am already noticing better flaccid length and girth as well as improved EQ.

It’s easily possible that increased erection quality has played a role here so don’t be discouraged if the gains slow or stop. Stay on the routine until you’re ready to move on to the advanced exercises and never look back.

Still, it’s always cool when you see people get that initial jolt. Shows you how beneficial PE is in regard to health.

Whatever you do, dont change the routine from you are gaining from. Congratulations to you :)

It’s good stuff. Has worked for many for a long time. Modern PE is miles ahead of where it was even ten years ago. If you stick with it you will get where you want to go.

Also important, be sure to measure the same way each time. How you sit and where you push the ruler or whatever (I like to use something a bit less sharp and mark off my size with a nick or marking). Keep it consistent.
