I have been reading the posts for sometime now and finally signed up. I did a bunch of reading before I started and am very excited I was one of the lucky quick gainers.
My starting measurements were 3-1-2008 BPEL: 6” Base EG: 5” and Mid EG: 4.75”
I had some really quick gains: 3-31-2008 BPEL: 6.5” Base EG: 5.5” and Mid EG: 4.875”
I have been using the newbie routine with a few jelqs with kegels to push a little extra blood in ( it might be the Jelq Squeeze ). I have been doing it every Monday, Wednesday, and Friday with breaks on Tuesday, Thursday, and the weekend. I liked the less is more approach and it has worked for me.
I have no plans of changing what is working, but would like to know if there are any exercises to increase / target the mid shaft. Thanks.
