I have been reading the posts for sometime now and finally signed up. I did a bunch of reading before I started and am very excited I was one of the lucky quick gainers.

My starting measurements were 3-1-2008 BPEL: 6” Base EG: 5” and Mid EG: 4.75”

I had some really quick gains: 3-31-2008 BPEL: 6.5” Base EG: 5.5” and Mid EG: 4.875”

I have been using the newbie routine with a few jelqs with kegels to push a little extra blood in ( it might be the Jelq Squeeze ). I have been doing it every Monday, Wednesday, and Friday with breaks on Tuesday, Thursday, and the weekend. I liked the less is more approach and it has worked for me.

I have no plans of changing what is working, but would like to know if there are any exercises to increase / target the mid shaft. Thanks.

Yes I do the full Newbie routine. I keep a close eye on everything and keep up on my stats.

5-10 minute warm up

5-8 minutes stretches

Approx. 10 minutes of jelqing (I get way to hard all the time so I have to stop and wait to relax on both stretches and jelqing)

I do some kegels with jelqing

I take I hot shower and do some light stretching

Than I do my kegels

My EQ was always been really good (8-9) and now it has been 8-10. I was getting some morning wood that felt like my dick was going to jump out of my skin. The routine has been great and Mrs. Pole Position is quite fond of the results!

I just started the newbie routines yesterday but I’m not feeling sore or anything.does it mean I didn’t give it a good workout?

Groovy PP. I should have measured my base girth too. After just over a month it feels bigger. I am going to add it to my next measurements.

brian88. Sore equals bad. Keep a daily diary of any physical changes you notice… is it feeling thicker… veins more pronounced… erection quality/ hardness on a scale of 1 to 10. And also a regular-ish measurement (I am going for 1 a month and maybe add bone pressed flaccid stretch length as a weekly indicator). As far I can see it has took me 6 weeks to start to get knowing my dick, so the 2-3 months on the newbie routine seems like a good idea not just for conditioning the penis but the brain and techniques to achieve proper PE.

Try looking at the big letters in red which state “Read this First”. It’s at the top of the newbie forum.

Poleposition, if your having problems staying under 100% erect try kegels and/or tv while jelqing. I’ve found this causes me to have more control over the % of my erection.

The newbie routine is at the top of the Newbie Forum board. You cannot miss it, it is in red letters.

I have been doing the kegels while I work out and found they push a little more blood in, but they have helped with gains as well. I started watching tv and that has helped considerably. I think after the “newness” factor of PE wears off a little it will become easier as well.

Kegels have been great all around, and I recommend anyone who has not been doing them to start. You will love the results, and they are many.

Newbie Penis Enlargement Routine


For Lampwick, becoming hung like a donkey was the result of a total commitment.

Does anyone know any good exercises for the mid shaft and up. I have noticed the base girth has steadily increased, and risen up the penis slightly as well.
