Hey guys, so this summer I planning on finally getting my extender and bath mate. I hope to start of with an extender that isn’t too costly but is effective ( if you guys can recommend one too that’d be great)[Note: I’m getting the regular metal stretcher as well as the strap on “bed” extender, but my questions are basically the following.

1.How long and at what pressure should I pump for maximum gains?
2.Will a cock ring help me gain more or help me keep gains from the bath mate?
3.Can I use the bath mate with a cock ring on?
4.Can I use a cock ring while extending to help boost gains?

5. Take a look at this and tell me what you think.
Bath mate in the morning for 12 mins at a recommended pressure (you guys may recommend such pressure)
Cock ring for the entire day (7 to 4) ( readjusting every 25 minutes )
Bath mate in the afternoon for 12 mins at same pressure
Extender for 5 hours. Bed extender during the night.
Weekends off.

I know there are cheap extenders on a website aliexpress. I can’t vouch for any of them (or even the website), but I’ve heard good things from other members. Can only help you with that question though.

You don’t need a cock ring to use with extenders and pumps, you can get the maximum effect simply by using the devices themselves.
