It seems that when I stretch, my penis gets a little longer but I loose girth, and when I jelq I loose length but gain girth (I’m doing newbie routine) so what can I do to gain both?. Or should I just give it time?
.And what would be more effective?
Jelq first then stretch or stretch and then jelq?
(It might sound like a stupid question but when doing normal exercises is usually better to stretch first then exercise, but since the penis is not a muscle.. Well that’s why I ask :P)
