Hey guys, I’m currently doing the newbie routine and everything is going fine, but there are some questions that have recently popped into my head. It would be great if you guys could answer these questions for me.

1. Since doing the routine I have had a longer/thicker flacid throughout the day, but some days it goes back to the same sized flacid that it was before. Is this bad? I was hoping that my new larger flacid size would stay.as long as I do the exercises at least.

2. Whenever I’m lying down or by myself I want to stretch my “dude” to give it an extra stretch work out. Is it alright to do these extra stretches even though I already did my routine earlier in the day?

3. Whats better.stretching hard (not painful of course) for 30 sec in all directions (doing this for 3 sets in each direction. Total stretching time= 6 min) or not as hard for 1 min in all directions (doing this for 3 sets in each direction. Total stretching time= 12 min)?

4. I heard jelqing with a 40%-60% erection will focus on your length gains whereas jelqing with a 70-80% erection will give you more girth gains. Is this true?

No. No. Stretch flaccid and yes. Also, Im sure if you use the search function you will find all the info you are lookin for along with a wealth of knowledge and answers to any future questions that you may have.

1. Your flaccid will always vary but as long as you do not over train and keep at your routine you will have an increased flaccid size. It is not a bad thing that it would shrink back to normal or even less than normal.

2. It is alright as long as you keep track of what all you are doing, I don’t think its beneficial to end up stretching all day one day then the next few days doing your normal routine. But sure I believe the more the better.

3. Not as hard to begin then work up to Hard. Never forget to warm your tissues first.

4. Search for more information on this and don’t attempt jelqing with a hard on until you are conditioned.

1. Are dry jelqs done with a flacid? Or are the supposed to be slightly erect like when doing wet jelqs?

2. Just to make sure.dry jelqs are done with one hand?

3. Can I do dry jelqs in all directions like wet jelqs?

Wet jelqs and dry jelqs can be done with the same EQ (about 50%+) in any direction you desire. Use one hand at a time. P.s. Find the search function ;-)

1. Same as wet jelqs, both low and high erection percentage can be used depending on desired effect.

2. It can be done with either one hand or both hands. Look up “C grip” or “sandwitch grip” for two-handed jelqs.

3. I don’t see why not. They’re basically the same exercise, only exception is that dry jelqs are a bit harder on the penis and don’t require lube.
