Questions that might help all - diet, stretchers and other subjects
Hello, I’m new to this forum but not really new to PE. I’ve done it off and on for a total of about 6 weeks before this attempt to take it seriously. I naturally have an ‘above average penis” (BPEL 7”) (I haven’t measured anything else. Just that), but I’m seriously getting into PE because the other day my gf whipped out a dildo that was about 10 inches long and pretty thick and she took most of it. I would be lying if I said I wasn’t jealous.I don’t plan on telling her that I’m practicing PE at this point in time. I would much rather hear her say, “oh my.did it get bigger?” I can get away with this now because we don’t live together, but in about 9 months we will have an apartment together. I’m not sure what to do once we move in. (Please understand that the practices of PE do sound a little.weird.and some girls might take them to be.bizzare.I’m pretty sure my gf would fall into that category. BUt if I show her the results and enjoys the feeling before knowing about it, wouldn’t that make breaking it to her a little easier?) ANYWAY —-
There’s one major thing I’ve never seen discussed on this forum - our diets. Maybe I’ve just missed the posts or maybe no one has thought about it? Since I was born I was always really really really skinny. I’m 22 now but let year around my birthday (in december) I weighed 125lbs. SO I decided to take up the weights and now I’m a glorious 150 and shooting for 165. The most important part of training, however, is not the lifting of the weights but it’s your DIET. Thats the #1 most important thing in weight training - so wouldn’t it be the same for PE? Seeing as how your body runs off the nutrients found in foods, I would assume your diet is important, being that the penis is part of the body.
I follow a “mass gaining” diet. I eat 3500 calories a day spread out by eating 6 or 7 meals. I eat a meal every 3 hours. Every day I eat at least
509 grams of carbs
356 grams of protein
102 grams of GOOD fat
I use these supplements -
Whey protein (protein isolate. Most potent form of protein)
N.O. Explode ( opens up blood vells and caps for better blood flow and nutrient transfer. If you ever jelq with this.oh my goodness.youll never wanna do it without)
Glutamine (aids with recovery so you don’t lose muscle mass while ur sleeping or miss a meal)
The penis has a some muscle tissue in it, if I’m not mistaken? So of course that would utilize the protein, and carbs and fats are nothing more than energy stores, so I would assume the penis would utilize these also. I guess my main concern would be what causes the ligaments to grow - protein?? Some other amino acid??
I recently purchased a static stretcher ( http://www.staticstretcher.com/ ). It works damn nice compared to the noose system I used to have. Nooses = aloooooooooooooot of pain.not when you wear it, but when you take it off. Do any of yall have any success or failures with the static stretcher. I bought all 3 and they all work amazing. Super comfortable (once you assemble everything.you can even sleep with the light duty stretcher) and super concealable (except in really tight jeans.sorry skaters, cowboys and really nerdy white guys)
Hot wrap *usually a shower* = 5 mins
Super Jelq + Final Jelq and Hold = 25-30 Mins
* Right now I do 2 sets of 90 super jelqs followed immediately with 10 reps of the jelq and hold. Gonna
Gonna move up to 4 or 5 sets at the most.
BC lifts = 6 mins
* I put a towel on the head of my wizard and do 4 Sets of however many squeezes I can do
BC Holds = 3 mins
* I just hold a BC squeez as long as I can.
How shower warm down
My whole routine takes less than an hour, but combined with my diet I think Ill get good results pretty “fast”. I know for a fact that after doing this for about a week now I can tell a huuuuuuuuuuuuuuge difference in my erection strength. The BC muscle REALLY IS THE MOST IMPORTANT AND EASIEST PART OF THE PENIS TO DEVELOPE.
Anyway. Thats all I have for now. If you have any comments, or questions or just wanna relate to what I’m talkin about feel free to reply to this post. I’ll be posting my measurements probably later today. It’ll be intersting to see how much I achieve, seeing as how I may only have 9 months available to PE. But.with my diet, hopefully I have some ‘big’ gains.
