First of all, I’m new to all this so hey guys!

I completed my first session last night and I had some things to ask and say.

1. About 1/4th of the way through jelqing, I started experiencing some soreness in the little bridge of skin that connects my scrotum and shaft. It kind of felt something like chafing but wasn’t really bad enough for me to quit. I was wondering if this was typical of starters or if I need better/more lubrication. I used Vaseline for it.

2. I couldn’t get about the 60-80% erection after losing it about a minute in to jelqing. The show I was watching while doing the PE exercises luckily had a sex scene to get me going again and my penis looked really engorged and veiny, which I really liked. I did wait for it to go down a bit before continuing.

3. Is it okay to exercise(regular) after doing a PE routine? If I’m doing a PE routine, I’ll feel like I have the energy to do regular exercise routines that I really need to do. Mostly stuff like squats, sit-ups, etc.

I sometimes get sore too, mostly from several days in a row so just a day off or light day is all I need. You may consider a better lube.

Exercise after PE is fine, although your penis may lose its pump. I personally exercise and then PE after. I like this because I use a nitric oxide to lift then it helps flood my penis with blood. You hormones are higher after exercise which should help with PE. This includes testosterone, growth hormone, and IGF

You want soreness of the inner structures of the penis, not on your skin.

Over time you will learn the correct balance for yourself.
