Hi there, I’m new on the board, and just want to say that this place is great! The reason I joined is because I pack a rather (at least in my opinion) small penis. It’s 5.9” BPEL. Also, I have a curve to the left, that I really want to straighten out! A week ago I started the newbie routine, and things are going great. Hoping to see some gains in a months time, perhaps.

My questions is about stretching. I do a lot of stretching, not much jelqing, because my erect girth is 5.5”. I do manual stretches, no ADS or hanging. But when I stretch, be it straight down, out, straight up, left or right, I only seem to stretch my left CC. I suppose that is a good thing, seeing that I want to straighten my penis, but I am wondering if it is normal? My penis curves slight to the left, from the base of the shaft all the way to the head.

At the moment I am doing a lot of manual stretching to the left, straigth out and upwards. I also jelq against the curve every 2nd day using and overhand grip with my right hand. What do you guys think about this? And the fact that when I stretch I only seem to get tension on my left CC? Is that a good thing when trying to straighten my penis?

That all sounds fine to me jinz, but I would be tempted to just follow the Newbie routine as it is. Jelqing brings fresh oxygenated blood to the penis and helps it recover, so is valuable for more than just gaining girth.

I would also keep your stretching in all directions even; if the force is falling mostly on the left CC, then that is ‘right’ for your penis at this stage. If you want to jelq against the curve, do that for 50% of your jelqing.


Heat makes the difference between gaining quickly or slowly for some guys, or between gaining slowly instead of not at all for others. And the ideal penis size is 7.6" BPEL x 5.6" Mid Girth.

Thanks, firegoat! So because most of the force is on the left CC, will that mean that my left CC will gain more in length than my right CC? Thus help to straight out the curve?

And a quick question of curiosity: what newbie gains (average) can one expect when following the newbie routine for, let’s say, three months? :P I’m here to stay though, not goign to PE for three months, then quit. As many others, I am interested in that magic 8x6”.

Curve straightening is an imprecise science. Some guys get some improvement, others don’t, regardless of what they try. We are always happy to hear what success you have and what methods you use. Some guys just find that they get some decrease in their curves just from doing the newbie routine alone.

When you have read much more on this site, you will see that no one can predict what gains they will get in 3 months. Everyone does the exercises slightly differently, are more or less consistent, have better or worse lifestyles, begin with larger or smaller penises, have different genetics etc.

You will gain at the rate you gain. If we worked out an average, it would just cause discouragement if you did not reach it. This question has been asked hundreds of times so you could always search for answers given to others, although they will not alter your gain rate! :)
