Questions regarding relation between newbie gains and EQ

When I started thinking about it I got to thinking that the “newbie” gains some people seem to have within a couple of weeks might be an increase in EQ.

If like me, you started out with just about a 10 in EQ then these newbie gains might be diminished a bit. The thread I read about this talked about higher EQ and lower Flaccid Stretched lengths being related to tunica restrictions.

If this is the case, what exercises should a person that is about a month in on the newbie routine be focusing on after the 3 month mark?

Another question I have is whether or not to hold fast at the current intensity for the full three months, or is it custom when not seeing gains to increase intensity slowly until gains are made?

Lastly I was wondering if there were any sort of head wrap or sleeve available (possibly meant for hanging) that would to well for stretching manually. I’d like something I can put on to pull at to create a stretch rather than forming a grip. I’m getting better at the grip, but my glans aren’t very big, so it requires a good bit of force. I’m worried I might damage something but it could just be paranoia.

I started with 10 eq and still gained a half inch in the first month, but my erections were harder so my eq went to more like 12. After the three months are up and you make no gains I personally would change my routine and experiment with different exercises as increasing intensity using the same exercises most probably wouldn’t be the answer.

It depends really what you want to do, with the newbie routine it is more for conditioning so increasing intensity is a bad idea. Try switching things up like a split routine, routine just before bed or in the morning and even different days off see your PIs. With stretching make sure your not stretching too hard you want to relax in the stretch not to pull so hard that your penis wants to retract and toughen.

You could perhaps try using your fingers to grip rather than your hand

Try holding your glans where it meets the shaft using a ‘scissors’ grip with two fingerwhere your fingers join, then close your fist to secure the grip (not too hard, but just to create a grip) and then pull on your glans that way to stretch.

Probably best using the two middle fingers.

My erections started out pretty much rock hard. I do notice a bit of a difference, but it’s not much. What worries me is everyone seems to be talking about a bigger flaccid hang, which I can’t really tell that I have gained. My hang fluctuates so much during the day that it’s hard for me to tell where my starting point was.

I had a very good eq starting out and didn’t get any length gains from the newbie routine (I got some flaccid gains though) and my eq got better. I switched to hanging and have since seen some good gains. My eq has dropped a little, from a 10 to about a 7 but I’m not to worried about it.

You should maybe try focusing my on manual stretches and maybe try hanging after a month of increased stretching.

I’ve noticed that my unit seem to have more elasticity to it when stretching than when I started. Also the angle of my erection is easier to push downward than before (it used to be painful to push it down and it seems to be getting easier.)

Is the loss of EQ a temporary thing?

I hate to ask again but I’d like to find something like a sleeve that I can use to stretch with if one is in production.

Also, what are your thoughts on splitting up the stretching throughout the day. I have been doing several short sessions during the day on bathroom breaks, and then the regular session before jelqing.

Stretching is nice because although you can definitely pull too hard, it’s hard to stretch too much. So doing it through out the day like you are can only really be beneficial. I personally do it morning and night or just night, and give it a nice tug when ever I get a chance.

I had a similar question about good ways to impact the tunica. No one answered haha. But after some reading it seems like the V-stretch and it’s siblings really work the tunica. Personally I don’t like them because they hurt the veins on my unit. I also read that post about finding out if the tunica is your limiting factor, just to clarify it’s the difference between your EL and your FSL not a short FSL indicating your tunica is the limit.

I like you also have a flaccid hang that can be any where from an inch to four inches through out the day. I’ve definitely noticed improvements though. Mainly from jelqing. Other things like hydration, masturbation even what kinda underwear you where effects it though.

Like Jimmy said your going to want to not increase your routine much because right now your conditioning your cock. After that though in general you want to slowly increase it until your PI’s deteriorate and then back off a little. Then stick with it until you stop gaining

Oh! don’t worry about the flaccid hang thing after your workouts. I didn’t get them too while doing PE before but I still gained half an inch in EL in a month. No gains in flaccid length though. But it’s ok and didn’t mind it. It’s really hard to track FL because it fluctuates throughout the day and gets affected by temperature. So stick with the newbie routine and you’ll gain for sure. Regarding your question about the sleeve, I can’t say much about that because I just used my hands when stretching.
