Questions on the jelq
So, I’ve been PEing for a decent amount of time, kind of on and off for about 6 months. I feel like my gains should be faster and that maybe there are some little but detailed differences that maybe I should make to have a more efficient jelq session. So here are my questions:
-How hard should I actually grip. I have never been able to find a straight forward answer to this. Should I have a pretty firm grip, or should I have a light grip?
-Should I be tighter on the grip to the left and right side of my shaft, or bottom and top? Or just consistent all the way around?
-Is the jelq less affective if you take your hand off at the glands to early when you start with your next hand?
If there are any other important specifics you can think of let me know. I just feel like my gains would be much better if I perfect my form. For those wondering my routine, I do about 2 to 3 stretching exercises a day and a 20min wet jelqing session with two 30sec horse squeezes with every 5min that passes. I do this about 4 days a week.
