So, I’ve been PEing for a decent amount of time, kind of on and off for about 6 months. I feel like my gains should be faster and that maybe there are some little but detailed differences that maybe I should make to have a more efficient jelq session. So here are my questions:
-How hard should I actually grip. I have never been able to find a straight forward answer to this. Should I have a pretty firm grip, or should I have a light grip?
-Should I be tighter on the grip to the left and right side of my shaft, or bottom and top? Or just consistent all the way around?
-Is the jelq less affective if you take your hand off at the glands to early when you start with your next hand?

If there are any other important specifics you can think of let me know. I just feel like my gains would be much better if I perfect my form. For those wondering my routine, I do about 2 to 3 stretching exercises a day and a 20min wet jelqing session with two 30sec horse squeezes with every 5min that passes. I do this about 4 days a week.

I’m keeping my eyes close to this. As I’ve been wondering about the same thing as I thought it would make a huge difference when you proceed to do this for more than a year.
Would anyone with legit gains talk us through this?

Yeah someone experienced with legit gains would be nice. I remember reading a thread on another site, where this one guy perfected his form and gained 2 inches in under a year. And that was from 10 minutes a day of wet jelqing. Unfortunately he didn’t explain the specifics of how he jelqed :/

I’m not an expert but I have made some gains sinse I started 4 months ago, so my jelqs go like this ; I start at the base with a firm grip and slowly go to the glans.

I have second grip at the base just before I let go with the first.I use a good amount of pressure, I want to see a LOT of expansion thru the whole jelq !!!

My gland looks ready to pop at the end of each jelq.

As far as more squess left or right, up or down,, I alternate it.

I do a 440 about every 5th jelqand throw in some erect bends for my GD curve.

I don’t count jelqs, but go for atleast 20 min per work out,. 2 on 1 off, and 3 on 2 off.

I do my jelqs differently

I do. One handed jelqs.. I do a total of 500 I break it down. 25 jelqs with my left hand while me right hand pushes back my sack and fat pad exposing as much Dick as possible, I then reverse hands and repeat the process. And I squeeze has hard as I need to, too feel the blood being pushed up the shaft to my glans. Once I’ve done 100 jelqs I get my pecker to about 80% hard and with my hand a clamp from my base or just below mid shaft and squeeze and hold for 45 to 55 seconds..

Once done I massage my pecker and enjoy a hot shower

I’ve been peing on and off for 8 months well mostly off.. But I’ve been serous for the last month or so I started @ BPEL. 6.75 and now I’m @ almost @ 7 with good wood.

After my sessions I put on an extender for as long as a can handle it.

I want length, but man I would love to have killer girth.. Painful girth

Interesting. Well I may have to try that at some time, but for now maybe I’ll try a lighter grip. Thanks for the input Willie!

I put the focus on the sides of my penis. It feels better that way, I experience more engorgement that way, and I don’t potentially damage the delicate dorsal nerve.

Personally, I don’t think you can jelq too lightly. One can only jelq too firmly. So, go light at first, keep an eye on your PIs, and if they’re doing fine, increase the grip strength.

Lastly, I start the grip with my second hand WHILE I am still gripping with the first hand so that I get a nice “squeeze” going on between jelqs BEFORE I let off.

That’s what the one guy was talking about on the other site. He put more focus on the side because those two chambers on each side carry the majority of the blood. I think I will do that. Also, I think what’s hard for me when trying to figure out a grip is that I never really have gotten better EQ. I don’t know if I already have good EQ to begin with or not, but as far as I know, I’ve always jelqed with a firm grip and my EQ has never gotten better or worse.

It’s takes a while to zero in the technique, but when I feel that everything clicked for me a few months, with every jelq stroke, I would feel a slight outward tingling. That’s about the only way I can explain expansion.

To me at least, before growth occurs, EQ has to increase, so if you have not noticed an increase, perhaps you should change the firmness of your grip. If I haven’t “relieved myself” in any way for a few days, my EQ is to the point of being painful.
