Questions on Jelqing and Uli
I’ve been doing this a few weeks now (almost 4) and here are some questions I need some help with:
Jelqing. How hard should I squeeze? Should it hurt? Should I be standing or sitting?
Ulis. Again, how hard should I squeeze. How many should I do per PE session?
Stretching. Is it good to heat and stretch on your day off or should you just leave it alone all together? What stretches are best for warming up and cooling down?
This may sound stupid, how important is it to do kegels after your PE session? If I do them before, lets say, on the way to work, does that count? Also, I kegel when I masturbate, is that a reasonable substitute?
