Questions I have about 2 penis length studies
I’m asking you guys because you know best about all this, and measurement errors and know about the correction interpretation of studies. Correct me if I’m wrong, but isn’t the inference from these two studies that Indians have average penis lengths?

BBC News - Condoms ‘too big’ for Indian men - Then there was this infamous "condoms are too big for Indians" article which added to the myth or taunts but when I looked closer into the study it seemed bizarre.

That’s NBPEL (measuring for condom) so if we had take a median/mean, with 10% being over 6.14 inches, it would be fair to say the median/mean is ~ 5.2 inches NBPEL.
Forgive me if I am wrong but (a) Indians are known for having a pot belly hence larger pubic fat pad, due to evolution/genetics, hence would expect their pubic fat pad contribution to be higher than others and (b) that 5.1-5.2 inches NBPEL, as measured above, is actually AVERAGE?
Coming to the point, based on these two studies (the only done), would be fair to say that the myth of Indians have "small dicks" is actually wrong and that they have average penis lengths?
