Questions from a newbie
Hey guys I have been lurking this forum for a while.
I have started on a routine of just 20 jelqs and 20 kegels every second day as anything more than that at the moment I believe is too much.
Anyway I cannot find an answer to these questions:
1) I’m uncircumsized and find it extremely hard to get a grip on my piece for stretching that does not just stretch my skin, anyone else found this, what do? I generally try to keep my skin back as much as possible and use some talc, but basically get no stretch on my ligs.
2) As I’m uncircumsized, when I jelq I try to keep my skin back but it still bunches near my glans, I’m worried with time it will get stretched and look bad, thoughts?
3) My kegels are going fine, but is the point of strengthening my kegeling muscles that I will eventually use them to delay ejaculation? How does one do that?
4) I seem to be able to do hundreds of 5 second kegels. Do I need to keep working on them? What would that achieve?
