Hey guys I have been lurking this forum for a while.

I have started on a routine of just 20 jelqs and 20 kegels every second day as anything more than that at the moment I believe is too much.

Anyway I cannot find an answer to these questions:

1) I’m uncircumsized and find it extremely hard to get a grip on my piece for stretching that does not just stretch my skin, anyone else found this, what do? I generally try to keep my skin back as much as possible and use some talc, but basically get no stretch on my ligs.

2) As I’m uncircumsized, when I jelq I try to keep my skin back but it still bunches near my glans, I’m worried with time it will get stretched and look bad, thoughts?

3) My kegels are going fine, but is the point of strengthening my kegeling muscles that I will eventually use them to delay ejaculation? How does one do that?

4) I seem to be able to do hundreds of 5 second kegels. Do I need to keep working on them? What would that achieve?

What kind of jelq technique are you doing? The newbie routine would have far more than 20 jelqs, but it will depend on wet versus dry, pressure and duration. I’d stick with the newbie routine to start out. Also, you didn’t mention a warm up. What are you doing for that? I’m cut so can’t help with the foreskin problem, but for #2 what I may suggest is to always maintain a slight hold on your base during the entire jelq with the opposite hand. That way it could hold it back? Maybe you are too loose to have that make sense though.

That is a good idea with the jelqing man I’ll try it.

I use alternating overhand/underhand grip wet jelqs, what I perceive to be light-medium pressure, they seem to be fine EQ is much improved.

For warm up I do a warm wrap with a hand towel for five minutes interspersed with some massage/’shaking things out,’ no problems thus far, but might amp up the warm up when I get more intense on the routine.

Any more answers anyone?

I’m uncut to and when I began with stretching it was difficult. What you have to do is pull your foreskin backwards and make a grip just below your glans. If your glans is sensitive to touch go slowly and over time you will get used to it. Make sure you are not pulling you skin. And what type of jelqs do you perform wet or dry?

Assuming everything feels right you can probably ramp that up to 100 jelqs or more, 3 seconds each. Again, follow the newbie plan.

I have found the very best warm up is a heating pad. I used to do the hot hand towel thing and it doesn’t even come close to comparison in terms of the ease of use and consistent heating I get with the pad.

When I first started I nothing to jelq with and so never could get them to work for me.

I like your less is more approach. It can’t hurt especially if its improving your EQ.

If after a Few months you don’t see any size and vascularity differences, you might want to up your intensity.


Began December 2009 at 5 7/8" length and 5" girth.

As of December 5th 2012 7 3/8" BPEL and 6 1/8" base girth.

As I said above welt jelps, alternating my grip. So gripping just below the glans, do you use the glans as an ‘anchor’ to your grip? When I take a hold of my piece I feel as though I would have to use extreme pressure to maintain my grip and obviously that is no good.

The pressure you use should be good enough to be able to stretch your ligaments, but not so much that it causes pain.
