Questions Before Starting
There are a few things I’d like to know before jumping in. I’d appreciate input from anyone who could help.
Is there such a thing as “normal” morning wood/night wood? I know I have morning wood sometimes, definitely not all mornings, but I have never paid close attention to the frequency. Is this something you guys track to find a “baseline” before starting a routine? I’m not sure I would know how to read the feedback I’m getting otherwise.
I couldn’t find much info searching here about death grip syndrome (DGS). I know this is something I suffer from, and I’m working to get over it with lube and Fleshlights rather than my hand. The loss of sensitivity from this has affected my performance with women a couple times in the past, and I’m wondering if it could also affect the frequency of morning wood.
Finally, the warning about venous leakage made me hesitant to start PE. One thread described symptoms of losing an erection after it starts, which is something I have experienced. I believe those instances for me are related to DGS, or just psychological reasons, but I wonder if it isn’t a sign of something more. Is there any sort of test that can be done to find out one’s risk for venous leakage?
