questions about uli-thing

Hi everybody,

i’m seriously thinking about a uli-thing exercise in my routine. As soon as possible i’ll realize the thing, but i have a lot of questions that need answer by u experts members of this great forum..
1) have u tried ? and wich results ?
1) is this thing a good exercise ?
2) is it dangerous (more than others pe) ?
3) wich exercises to perform with the thing on ?
4) i’ve been in jelquing and stretching for few month….it’s early for uli-thing ???

Uli workout

I am first trying to learn how to do the Uli workout. Here is my take on it, but i have a few questions.

It is pretty much done like a over hand jelq exepte we are stopping at the meatus (ill learn what that is later). Once we stop there we will do five pumping stokes toward the rest of the penis. It will take us five stokes to get to the end of the penis. Repeat ten times.

I am really confused guys, sorry. I want to completely understand this workout before i start doing it. Can anyone elaberate.

Yea i read the link before i posted this reply. He talks like he is stoping at the meatus then continueing down the shaft. I really dont understand the workout, my questions are same as posted above. Thanks for your post though. Sorry for being so confused on the issue.

Hey larry...

You are not the first to be confused by this exercise. You probably won’t be the last either. There seem to be a whole lot of interpretations on how this exercise is done. I was in the same boat that you are now, when I first started PE. Come to think of it, I never did figure out the “correct” way to do a Uli#3.

Maybe one of the vets will post their instructions on how to do a Uli. I would tell you to do a search again, but I did one this afternoon and found very little that would help you out. I’ll keep trying though.

Try this…..

Get a partial erection, about 60-70 %. Make a palm down OK grip with your thumb and forefinger and tightly close them around the base of your penis so that it traps the blood. Now slowly close the other fingers firmly, one at a time starting with the middle finger. As you close them in you will feel the upper part of your penis expand as the blood is forced upward until the penis is very tightly engorged. Be careful!!! You can injure yourself!! Depending on your level of erection you may not need to close all your fingers.

Once you have mastered this, you can try the pulse-squeeze to force the penis past it’s normal limits. As with all PE exersizes always start low intensity otherwise you *will* injure yourself.

This exersize is excellent for girth gains. :sun:

This is the “Sadsak Head Exercise” that I have used for quite some time. I credit this exercise with increasing my corona so that it has more girth than my shaft now. Just start slowly and don’t get carried away with it at first.

Thanks for your help with my problems. I had just started the head exercise you are talking about a few weeks ago. I do it fully erect though. I noticed that my penis is way to hard to actually change the shape much where i am sqeezing. It seems to be locked in that position and proportions, i do feel little pressure but feel like i should be feeling more. I guess my erection is lot stronger then my grip. I dont measure for another week and a half to see if it has been working, but i dont really think it has done much. Its only been little over week though. Just to see if I am doing it right, how long do i hold the sqeeze for with all fingers. I will try with semi erection to see if it works better. I am currently doing, 3 with each hand then three regular sqeezes. I count that as one set and I do two of them. They seem to take a long time. I spend 15 mins or so on sqeezes.
Thunder, did you get girth gains at the shaft also from doing this. I really am not worried about my head currently, but my entire penis needs more girth.

I thought about it, and i tryed doing a jelq with five parts. Starting at the shaft and pulse sqeezing and moving up the shaft in five seperate intervals. I am not sure if this is correct or not, but it is something to try. Any more info on Ulis would be appreciated. thanks

Try doing the exercise with a little less firm erection and see if that helps to move the blood to the head. I do a slow 5 count between adding fingers and a slow ten count before releasing. I don’t really know if this exercise will help you with girth or not. I have only gained a little over 1/4” girth total and I have been doing this head exercise for a long time. Not saying that it won’t help, but all guys are different. What may help one guy to gain girth, may not work for the next guy. The best thing you can do is, try a girth exercise out for awhile (give it a chance to work though) and if it doesn’t work, find another exercise.

Hey Thunder,

Do you do length and girth exercises in the same day? In your opinion would it be good to do girth one day, length the next, and take 1 day off per week? I kind of think that’s the way to go but not totally sure. Any input is much appreciated like always.

I remember you had a problem with not gaining girth and only getting length. I remember the post from a while back. I was wondering how you changed your workout. If you could take the time to list your new routine and how well it has worked for you, it would be greatly appreciated. I will give my current workout no more than one month to show girth gains. Any gain, even 1/16” would make me very happy-just to see its working. Thanks everyone for giving me very direct answers.

I always did both length and girth in the same day. I think if I was just starting out, I would take Bib’s advice and go for the length first and then work on your girth after you have achieved your length goal. Now you may gain some girth along the way. The more I think about his analogy of which is easier to stretch, a thin wire or a thick wire, the more I think he is right. When and if I ever get back to doing a serious workout program, I am going to concentrate on length first.

If you decide to do length one day and girth the next, keep us posted on how you are doing. You may find an advantage by doing it that way.

Larry, yes I have a particularly difficult time gaining girth, and haven’t seen any major progress, basically, ever… I’m guessing that I’ve gained approx 1/4” in my whole time with this PE business, but not much of that has been recent.
I gain length no matter what exercises I do, I dunno why, it’s just me… But my current routine consists of jelq, followed by uli and squeeze type stuff, twice a day (morning shower and night time)
I don’t know if this is helping with girth or not because I havent done a proper measure. it SEEMS to be getting there but a rough measure I did last night indicated I had lost 1/4 of an inch… lol (guess I DO have variations in thickness along the shaft although to me it looks pretty much uniform - maybe the curve is misleading?)

Anyways I can’t suggest anything from personal experience to gain girth other than to say that Ulis are damn taxing on the tissue.. this is probably a good sign I guess…

Anyways, about thunders reference to bibs idea, I couldn’t agree more, and thats why I took some time out to try and reach my major length goal first before packing on the sideways meat :D
(Hopefully when I do ulis exclusively I’ll actually gain some GIRTH and hopefully not LENGTH still hehe) one can always hope ;)

maybe misunderstanding....

Maybe was a misunderstanding … i was talking about the “uli thing” such as the ring made with tube … not the exercise … :( anyway this thread is also about length/girth progress….so i have a question: i’m gaining only in girth (by a uli#3 exercise), but nothing in length …what should i do ? stop uli and concentrate on length ? or keep on doing my routine with stretch/jelqs/uli#3 ?
