questions about uli-thing
i’m seriously thinking about a uli-thing exercise in my routine. As soon as possible i’ll realize the thing, but i have a lot of questions that need answer by u experts members of this great forum..
1) have u tried ? and wich results ?
1) is this thing a good exercise ?
2) is it dangerous (more than others pe) ?
3) wich exercises to perform with the thing on ?
4) i’ve been in jelquing and stretching for few month….it’s early for uli-thing ???
