Questions about non-erect flacid length

I’ve tried searching for this but I’ve been having trouble, but what is considered “normal” for a flaccid length? Not the “average” but normal as in what is considered the common non-erect size for a 6- 6 and 3/4 inch penis? And also can a person measure their non-flacid penis at an angle other than 90 degrees, or does measuring it at any angle change the results? Thanks :-)

A average flaccid is around 3” - 4”, but don’t take me on that one for sure. I don’t remember it 100%

From my experience, there’s no point in measuring flaccid length because it varies too much based on many factors.

If the room is cold, it’ll be smaller. If you just had a shower, it’ll be bigger. If you had a training, it’ll be smaller.

Hell, I’ve noticed the difference even before/after taking a piss and/or taking a dump.

Mine can be anywhere from 2.5 to 5 inches.

Example of this is my dick, I can fluctuate between 5.5" and 7" flaccid yet my erection is just a little over 8". Mostly I hang around 6" and 6.5" If I stand in a hot shower for about 5 minutes it can get up to 7". That is the only time it does get up to 7". I think normal range is between 3-4" . Now before PE my flaccid was around 1", no kidding sometimes I actually think it got up to 2" on a good day.

Before PE my flaccid was also around 1” to 2” inches, depending on conditions. When erect it was 6.5” Obviously I was a grower.

This caused a lot of needless size anxiety to me when I was younger because I thought everyone’s penis got that many times larger. So I assumed that the guys with big flaccids in the locker room quadrupled in size like mine.

Of course that is not true of these “Show-ers” but I did not understand that.

But op I was reading my human sexuality book today and it says the avg flacid size is a little under 3” so about 2.8 2.9
