Ok, concerning max growth:

1) Once a PE session over, is it beneficial to maintain it in a stretched state for hours after that(ie. if workout is at night one, would sleep with the willy stretched)?

2) What are the benefits or setbacks to using a PE routine of 5 on 2 off, as opposed to 2 on 1 off, or any other routine? What would you consider the most effective?

I subscribe to #1. I pump and jelq at night and then stretch overnight while I sleep. I can’t report any outstanding gains, but I think it has helped me break through a long-term plateau. My flaccid is longer and I am pumping farther in the tube.

It only makes sense that keeping yourself stretched during recovery would promote length gains.

How do you stretch overnight?

Use a wrap around your unit to keep it in an extended state.

1 Do a search for “amazing isometrics”. These are ideal to do after your routine.

2 7/0 is in my opinion the most effective. You will need a couple of months of PE under your belt before you can do that though. The more time you PE, the more your penis gets expansion time, the rather it will grow :) .

Aye, I thought 7/0 was the most effective. Bird i’ve added amazing isometrics to my routine and i have questions about that too, since my LOT is low applying pressure at 9:00 is ineffective so im forced to push lower. Also, how much pressure are you suppose to feel when performing this?

Apply pressure at 7:30-8:00 is OK, if you make sure you only push straight down, no bending to the sides. You should feel pressure at the base of your penis but it depends from guy to guy how much you feel. I, being a guy who has done this countless times hardly feel a thing but that is something you likely won’t experience when you do it for the first time.

No device. Sleep is required to heal the body, the penis included.

I’ve mentioned this in other related threads. I hang at night with a light weight off the edge of my bed. I use my usual hanger bib that I made myself. I hook it up to a long line that extends over the foot of the bed. The weight is a 1 liter plastic bottle 1/4 filled with water. Very light. It is just enough weight to hold my flaccid member in a moderate stretch. The friction of the rope on the edge of the mattress actually holds the tension. I can easily adjust the tension with a lot of variablility and it will hold. I can hang down between my legs, or up over my shoulder.
The bib is not tight enough to cut off circulation, but snug enough to not slip off. I can easily hang for 5 or 6 hours and sleep through comfortably. sometimes I wake up to re-adjust the hanger, or take a piss.

I’ve been doing this for more than a year and have not had any problems.
