Questions about girth
I would like to mainly focus on girth after I finished my 3 months of the newbie routine.
I refuse to hang (which is basically lenght only) or to use any other items or tools - just my hands.
I know dry jelq, wet jelqs, horses440 are good girth exercises but I would like to know them all.
I really can’t understand how to do the Uli , and I´ have heard about squeezes.. And two hand squeezes - Can anyone explain them to me? Or tell me any other superb girth exercises?
