I have like extra skin or something like a scab on the tip of my penis on the other side that not visible . I been on and off PE . Is this something bad or something I need to worry about?

I have had dead skin on my head before, could just be like that. Or could be something worse, if it really concerns you see your doctor, that is what I would do. Hope it is nothing.
