Hey whats up guys. I’ve been a lurker here for a couple of years and have tried several times to start up a routine but have never had a lot of time. I’ve always been happy with the width of my dick, but length comes up a little short for my tastes. My measurements are 6 x 6 1/4 non BPEL. I was wondering if there were any routines that you guys can think of that would just work on length without the girth? Thanks in advance.

Start with the newbie routine. And when you are conditioned, try low erction level jelquing and a whole lot of streching.

Most length exercises will produce some kind of girth and vise versa so there is not really a way you can just work on length by itself

Girth is generally harder to gain than length. Do the Newbie routine, but slightly increase the stretching and reduce the jelqing a bit if you want. Keep the jelqing below 60% erection to focus more on length. I feel jelqing is very important to getting gains, whatever other methods you are using, as is using heat.
