Can I do exercises with a full erection?

Benchpress, pull-ups, leg-presses - yes. If it’s cool at your gym.

Sit-ups - watch that you don’t poke your eye.

Penis exercises - no, not recommended. Erect jelquing is attributed to a lot of problems, and stretching is difficult.
