I don’t know about all this, but lately when having sex I can’t keep spike up if nothing is going on for more than maybe…2 seconds… This was never the case before PE. I also feel much more self concious do you think that could be the reason? or do you think it could be physically related to PE? thanks for your help. It’s really hurting the bedroom situation right now, which is counterproductive to PE eh?

What kind of exercises are you doing, how long are you doing them, and how long have you been doing PE?

I say take a week or two off from PE. If it’s physical then it’ll go away. If it’s a mental block, the time off should help clear your head and get you back on track.
