Whats the most minimum difference between BPEL and NBPEL?

How slim can the fat pad get ?

I think it´s hard to have less than 0.5inch fatpad

that´s around the minimum difference. I have almost 1.5-2 inches fatpad… horrible.

It can be virtually nonexistent. (I’d probably need to pound the end of the ruler with a mallet in order to get close to a quarter inch. LOL)

Several years back, had a lower abdomen surgery. A decades old very large appendectomy scar had adhered to the underlying muscle, and it got to the point where it was continually pinching. Had a two hour surgery in which I was fully awake. Only was given a localized pain filler. Remember my surgeon saying, “This is going to really hurt, because most people have a layer of fat, but you’re nearly all muscle …. and it hurts when muscle is cut”. And damn, it did hurt. Good thing I was strapped down to that operating table.

The saving grace was being distracted by the feel of my surgeon’s pussy …. which she rested on my forearm during the entire two hours. (A beautiful gal in her later thirties.) Hey, it made that ordeal pretty erotic, almost enjoyable. And she did an excellent job. Not a bit of pinching since the surgery.

I have 1cm-1.5cm fat pad I’m slim but my penis has lowered itself the combo has left me with basically no fat pad.

I have between 0.25 inch - 0.30 fatpad…I am slim and a bit muscular.

I workout 1 hour (4 days a week) and I don’t eat greasy food,sugar or soft drinks.
