What’s Up. Hit a grand total of one and 3/4 Inches! Just looking to converse with other guys about their success with the exercise. My question is; what are the abbreviations you guys use to title the charts and progress reports. What is each one, I am sure we’re talking length and girth and so forth. Never learned the cryptic meaning for each one. Would someone write up the language, please?
