So I’ve been on the newbie routine for a while now. I had been doing PE for about 3-4 weeks during the summer and focused only on girth. I actually increased pretty rapidly at the beginning, adding about a 1/16 of in inch in roughly two weeks. They seemed rapid to me anyway due to the fact that my girth is only 4.5” which is something I’m very upset about. My BPEL I am okay with at the moment, but just okay. I’m at 6.68”. I would love to reach a 7X5 at least! But, anyway, enough background, here’s my question.

1) I’ve known about the LOT theory for a little while. My LOT is around 6-7. I’ve read that tunica stretching is the best way to handle this, but, being a newbie, should I continue to just do the newbie routine? I’ve been at it for about a week now and things are going great, but I’m just afraid I’m doing all of this work for nothing since my LOT is 6-7.

Routine: Newbie
5 minutes manual stretching.
10 minutes jelqing.

I’d say you need to give the newbie routine at least two months before anything else. Not only will it test your discipline to continue, but it will also condition your unit. Once you’re “on track” and have a good routine, then start mixing it up. The newbie routine provided me with good results and I didn’t add anything (horse440’s in my case) until month three.

I read up on the LOT theory quite a number of months ago, maybe even a year ago, but I dont think I ever finished reading the thread.

I guess Ill search for it.

Okay. I’m gonna stick to the straight newbie routine, slowly increasing the time I spend working out. I’ll post my results at the end of around 2 months or so, wish me luck!

Guys got an issue here. While I was stretching/pulling my dick in flaccid state, sometimes it cracks what I mean is there is a cracking sound. Just like when you stretch your fingers. I don’t know what it is, but is it just natural?

Could be tendons. My wrist makes crackling noises just from rotating it and I heard it was just the tendons. I have heard of lig pops, but I have never had one, at least I don’t think I have. It could be that.

Hopefully someone that knows more chimes in to help you.

It’s a lig pop. Nothing to worry about.
