I stretched for about 5 mins, and dry jelqed for about 15 last night. Today I woke up with a good erection which I know is a good PI.My question is I feel just as horny as normal.if not more but it’s harder to get an erection today.kinda like my dick is tired? I’m not sore, and my dick isn’t turtled.but it seems inactive today? Hope I explained it well enough. Think I should slow down on the dry jelqs and maybe do wet instead? Thanks

Usually do 5 minute.didn’t do it as as much as I usually do. Basically wondering if I should tone it down/warmp up better or if thats normal for dick to be tired next day! Lol

Warm up is always a must.

A little tiredness is OK. But if your erections are not 100% that would indicate over use stress.

Hi rob,

I am guessing you are unknowingly over-doing it. I have done extremely light stretches after warming up and experienced the same thing. I shortened the duration of the stretches and lightened up even more, and problem solved!

My advice based on my very limited experience is you should lighten up your routine even more. I know it seems like there will be no benefits to a light routine, especially when you read about guys hanging 20 lbs from their dicks and doing erect jelqs, etc., but remember that even the lightest stretching and jelqing is still more than nothing and will have a positive affect on your length and girth with consistency and patience. I hope!

Anyway, that’s my approach and so far, what I have seen from it is encouraging.

Imo, your dick is supposed to be a little tired. I couldn’t get it up after my last workout, even tho it was very short. Maybe cause I walked in the shower mid-ways, but still. I don’t see anything wrong with this, it seems more like logic to me. AS long as it big and fine afterwards, no problem
