Are there any of you guys who achieved excessive gains without having to use hanging/weight implements? I get the concept of heating, stretching, and jelqing with the hands, but the idea of using dumbbells, little machines, etc., is making me a bit uncomfortable.

Many of us have achieved without hanging. I hung for a total of 6 weeks, didn’t get much and continued to other methods. Length is slower when not hanging. Hanging is pretty much, for most people, the fastest way to get the gains. But, it is dangerous and has a learning curve. So, I understand your concern.

Stay diligent. There’s a user here, more than one, who have achieved pretty much 9x6” with just jelqing for the most part. So don’t worry about the method. Just read up, try the Newbie, get cracking but take it easy.

I’m not an experienced PE’r but let me add one thing. I think that there are several ways to gain, clamping, hanging, ADS, stretches, jelqs, pumping etc. and I think after you gain with one type you try another path and lee gaining using a different exercise which your penis is not conditioned to. So I’ll try all types of workout in time, and hope to gain with all of them.

Been at it for 20 months. Gained about 1.5 in length with manual stretching and pumping with a Penomet. About 13/16 girth. Took about a year then it stalled. Used a phallosan for 300 hours and got about a half inch but I hate it. Started clamping and gained 5/16 in 3 months. I hung about 6 times but it hurts pulling my skin but I bet it will pull that ligament out when I get it right. For now I’ll take the girth since it’s easy right now. When it stalls I’ll hang some more. May even be happy as is if I get the girth to 6.

I think I had most of my gains when I added the inverted v stretch even though I was hanging at the time.

Keep in mind that I make most of my implements.

In 3.5 months (including the 3 weeks I took off for recovery), I gained 0.6” in length, 0.25” in base girth, and 0.15” in width mid section, all with just jelqing. I share the same mindset, I plan to never use equipment. Based on my current progress I would say it is definitely possible, consistency and heat have been the best things.
