Question, thinking i need rest.

I’ve been pumping and jelqing for about 4 months now. On Wednesday i did a 10m pump session with 5m of jelqing. Today i did about 10m of jelqing, after this i have some continuous dark blotches along the unit, moreso on the bottom side. These are not the little red spots that occur on the head, but these are darker purplish larger blots. I’ve come to the conclusion that its probably time to take a break. Also, after about 1/4th of the way up my unit the whole area becomes darker in color (probably from jelqing i suppose?), is this permanent? How long would you suggest i take a break for?

Take a week off and then see what the situation is. Sounds like you are going way overboard on the pumping to me.

When I was pumping I would get the spots/blotches too, but my pump didn’t have a gauge so I was probably using too much pressure and staying in the tube too long. They would always go away in a day or less but the soreness sometimes took two days to go away. I had to get rid of my pump due to privacy reasons so right now I jelq and stretch only.

same pump here. But even today i did not pump and just jelqed for about 10m and the same effect occured.
