Question on stretching

I can’t seem to hold the stretch for longer then 10 seconds without getting hard, so was wonder if it’s okay to do it 3 times in one direction for 10 seconds to add up to 30 seconds. I’m doing the newbie routine where it’s two 30 second holds each direction. Is this okay to do or am I not going to get as good gain or effect as I would if I held for 30 second straight.

Don’t worry. Your hardness won’t come so inconveniently in a week or two. Or you can always jack off before doing your stretching to ensure flaccidness. That is how i did it in the beginning.

Yeah, don't worry. It did not take me 8 months to get these gains. I was more off than on when it came to PE :O

Goal: EL: 7.25" x EG: 6.2" x FL: 4"

Try to get to the 30 second mark as much as possible but it will eventually become a case in which you will learn how to shut the stimulating feeling off whilst doing PE. It’s a learning/training curve. I had the same problem in my early days.

Do what you can for now and to answer your question, I think it’s safe to say that your 10 second holds are fine.

I don’t have that problem much, but I do get a semi-wood about half way through my stretching session. I would recommend two possible things.

1. Try to press in/down on your ligs at your pelvic bone, this seems to get a little more out of the stretch and can still be done if you are slowly getting wood (of course do this judiciously and carefully).

2. Pull on your pubs or pinch your inner thigh, usually this slight annoying pain may help reduce your arrousal.

Goal 2. Get to atleast 7.5" x 5.75" (who knows, it's up to wifey if I want to shoot for higher) so I can feel solidly above average.

This technique has *greatly* enhanced my manual stretching program. If you are careful you can really get a lot of feedback on the effectiveness and deepness of your stretch while actually enhancing the effect. Plus it works fine with a little chub going.
