Question on stretching
I can’t seem to hold the stretch for longer then 10 seconds without getting hard, so was wonder if it’s okay to do it 3 times in one direction for 10 seconds to add up to 30 seconds. I’m doing the newbie routine where it’s two 30 second holds each direction. Is this okay to do or am I not going to get as good gain or effect as I would if I held for 30 second straight.
