I have to say that I am SO glad I found this site! I almost spent money to learn some of these techniques!! All of you guys are GREAT! Anyway, I have been reading ALOT, and did my research before starting my routine, I just have a couple of questions that I havent been able to get answered by doing searches. I’ll start out by telling all of you my routine, which I’ve been doing for two weeks now and already I’ve gotten a 1\4 inch more in length!!!. I’m so excited, it only took two weeks for me to see results, which with my personality I needed to stay on track.

1.) 10 min warm-up

2.) 50 sets of DLD Blasters

3.)Clock Streaches ( I haven’t seen this one posted anywhere I just came up with it because I felt it worked the whole dick at once. While lieing on my back I do 5 sets of 30 second static streaches at 12 o’clock then 10 then 8 then 6 then 4 then 2 o’clock. I start at 12 and do the streach while kegleing 5 sec. on and 5 seconds off, release my grip, massage and move to 10 o’clock and repeat. going all the way around ” The Clock” is one set)

4.) Warm wrap (doing about 100 5 sec. keagels)

5.) Wet Jelq for 1/2 hour to 40 min. at about 75% erect with a ULI about every 100 or so.

6.) Hot Shower

O.K. Here is my question- at the end of my Jelq session I am so happy to look down at my swollen member that I almost always spank it. Will this take away from any girth gains? I read that I should massage afterwards to enhance blood flow, I just don’t want to lose anything. Thanks for any help that you guys can give! My unit is too skinny and I need more girth. Also will doing too many streaches take away any girth gains? My goal is

8 1\2 ELBP and 5.8 EG.

Started 5-23-03

ELBP: 7 in

EG: 4.8 in

6-3-03

ELBP 7 1/4 in

No it wont make a bit of difference, so spank away.

No it wont take away girth gains, so dont worry about that.

Be sure and read the LOT theory thread in main member, and apply that knowledge to your routine.

BTW your routine looks quite intense for a beginner, so make sure you do not try too much in the beginning. PE will always be around, and you dont want to injure yourself.

I read the lot theory and I do apply it. My lot is around 8:00. So with that theory I still have some (repeat some) lig work to do but also most of my gains will come from my tunich. That is why I do streaches at all the angles. Thanks for the quick reply!! As for the intensity of my workout, I am just going as far as my body will let me. If it starts to hurt, I stop. Thanks for the advice though. This forum is awsome, you guys know your stuff!!!

It is good to see a newbie who has done his homework. I would tip my hat in your direction, if I was wearing one.

However, might I suggest doing all your stretching at downward angles, it will be easier to gain if you concentrate your efforts on one area at a time.

BTW are you doing stretches or streaches? Streaches are an advanced technique, only to be used by people in mental institutes or Texas. j/k.

Alright, so my spelling isn’t that good! HAHA. Thanks though. When I jelq I usually do it at lower angles, I’ve learned that I get a a good STRETCHE and a good pump. Thanks again. BTW what was your starting size and where are you now SS4

So true.

I have noticed gain of 1/2 inch both length and girth within three weeks, i thought i will achieve my goals within short period, but after that gain it took me six month to gain another half inch. I have been on and of PE exercises due to slow gain.
