Hey there
I’ve been PEing for 6 months now and my routines included only dry jelqs. I’ve experienced very good girth gains so far (almost 1 inch :D ) but in the last weeks I’ve included stretches in my routine too. I lost some girth and gained some length. Due to this I raised my jelqing time up to 25 minutes, I’ve not had girth gains anymore (but didn’t lose anymore too) and I kept gaining length.

I’ve seen many people posting they had problems in gaining girth, although they had none in gaining length.
My question is : could length gains be getting in the way of girth gains?

I think that maybe when you stretch, a space is created and this space must be fulfilled with CC, what would be interfering in girth grow.

So, what do you guys think? Sorry if something alike was already post, but in my searches I find nothing related to it. And sorry for my bad English too :P

There’s always a catch 22 so to speak, when it comes to length vs. girth gains.

Look at it this way…

When you take a rubber band and stretch it, it naturally becomes thinner, due to the stress you put on it. Same goes for your dick. I suggest, if you want to gain girth AND length, shorten the time you spend on girth exercises but make them more worthwhile instead, meaning increase the intensity. But don’t go overboard now on that stuff. Find a healthy balance between length & girth training and you’ll be fine.

You don’t want to hurt yourself in the long run or worse, be counter-productive.
