Question of new routine

Month have passed when I started PE and I have reached 6 and half inch on length. I was planning to continue on the newbie routine a next month and planning to make tiny changes on the third month.
I have tiny questions about it too
I was thinking like staying on the 2 days on and one day rest.
First day: 5 minutes warm up, 5 minutes manual stretch, +10 minutes of jelq. Before going bed: 5 minutes warm up, 5 minutes manual stretch, 5 minutes jelq. (No changes)
Second day: 5 minutes warm up, 5 minutes manual stretch, +15-20 minutes Bathmate/pump. Before going bed: 5 minutes warm up, 5 minutes manual stretch, 10-15 minutes of jelq.
Third day: Rest
So what your thinking about these changes and thoughts of this.
And now on the question. Is it fine to jelq on the same day when I have used pump? Info is welcomed and helping hands :)
