Question, head is bigger than the shaft.
So I just started the Newbie Routine and wasn’t planning on adding any additional exercises until 3-4 weeks later but the next exercise I would like to add would be a jelq squeeze and I was wondering if the jelq squeeze targets the shaft specifically and not the head? Because my head is already bigger than my shaft and I would like to make things a little bit more even between the two, am I choosing the right exercise for this goal then?
