Question from beginner
Hi Folks,
I’m new here and feel a bit overwhelmed by the wealth of information. Could you direct me to a good basic routine, which I’m sure is posted here somewhere, as several posts refer to a “newbie routine.”
Another question on my mind is: Which do you all like better, devices or exercises? Is it more effective to use a stretching device than manual exercises, or vice versa?
