I “started” PE about 10 months ago. I say “started” because I never had a set routine, I used to just jelq and stretch whenever I could, and I saw a solid gain of about an inch (from 7” BPEL to 8” BPEL). The initial gains came fast with very little effort, and I was pleased about that, but they stopped at 8.

The thing is though, It doesn’t look like 8 at all. It looks like 6 to me, at the most, I know when Im really hard, which isn’t that often for whatever reason, it will still measure to 8 on the ruler, but I’m just unsatisfied.

To the point: I feel like I’ve deconned since I’ve really been lax on any type of exercised in the past couple of months, and I was wondering if I committed to it seriously and put in the work, is there a chance I could get another inch out of my junk?

No, don’t bother- in fact none of this PE stuff ever works for anyone really.

A4H, I think you already know the answer to your question.

You are someone else who apparently got great gains from doing it lighter than the Newbie routine. (The fact that you say you did it irregularly says to me that there was an ample amount of days off.)

Maybe if you keep using ample days off, but do a schedule regularly, you can get the next inch.

In my very humble and relatively inexperienced opinion, another inch seems a definite possibility for you.

I am going for my second inch as well.

No one can predict. Every guy gains at his own rate. You seem lucky (in both starting size and ability to gain), so you probably have a good chance of making it even bigger. You won’t know until you try.

Yes, that's a gain of 1.8 inches. And no... That's not my real picture.

It doesnt look like 8 though, remember thats 8 BPEL, with a full erection. That doesn’t come easily for me. Trust me, if I had a solid undeniable 8 NBP I wouldn’t be here anymore. (That’s probably a lie)

Actually, when I posted that, I hadn’t been to the forum in awhile. Coming here and reading posts used to be motivation enough for me to do a session and last night I jelqed for awhile and it felt like it used to.

The only reason I got distressed was from the quick gains according to the ruler that I couldn’t see, and my gf didn’t notice at all. I have a lot of issues with that shit. I remember when I first started PE, I told myself if I could just get to 8 bpel I would be ecstatic, but now that im there (sometimes) it still looks small.

I’ll pick it back up again, I just want to get to 8.5 in the next 2 months.

Nah your alright we all go through that lack of confidence thing even with 8” NBP dicks.

After 6 months I’m just now breaking the 7 1/2 inch BPEL mark. There are times when I look at it when fully erect and have the same thoughts. I’ve gained about a half an inch in length and about a quarter of an inch in girth all around. It’s in the girth that I feel that I see the biggest difference on consistent basis. You may want to give your length routines a rest and try focusing on girth for a few months. You may still even get some length out of that. I’m about to take two weeks off for my wedding anyways, so this will be my longest to go without PE. I’m already dreading it and getting some pre-decon jitters. I can’t stop! Anyways my gains have really slowed up and I’m probably working out about an 1/8th of an inch in length every 5 weeks.


Start: 6/30/2007 - (NBPEL 6.25", BPEL - 7"), (Mid EG 5.25") (Base EG 5 3/4")

11/10/2007 - (NBPEL 6.75", BPEL - 7.5"), (Mid EG 5.5") (Base EG 6")

Goal: 7.5 NBPEL, 6" Midshaft EG

I am 61 yrs old and doing this since I joined . Love it and so does my wife. She has told me to stop on the girth work. Why stop if it makes you heal good keep doing I have now switched up and trying to get some length 7 bpl. Never say never.

Can you tell us how PE has impacted you- other than stats.

Erectile quality, frequency, etcetera?
