question for clampers
I know it varies from one person to the next… But how long was it before some of you guys noticed girth gains after starting a clamping routine? For the record, I tried different jelqing routines for 8 months before attempting clamping. My current routine consists of clamping for 2 sets of 15 minutes after warming up. I usually try and do at least 3 days on 1 day off however i sometimes go up to 5 on and 2 off.
