Hey guys,

I know it varies from one person to the next… But how long was it before some of you guys noticed girth gains after starting a clamping routine? For the record, I tried different jelqing routines for 8 months before attempting clamping. My current routine consists of clamping for 2 sets of 15 minutes after warming up. I usually try and do at least 3 days on 1 day off however i sometimes go up to 5 on and 2 off.

It took me about 2 months before I had a noticeable gain. I measured it to 3 mm in MEG. But I could feel the dick being more heavy and thick before I actually could see the gain. Seems like the dick need to build an internal thickness from inside to outside.

Perhaps it sounds like a slow progress but if I get 3 mm every other month, the result would be fantastic in 2 years. =)

I saw my first spike in gains after about 3 weeks but it slowed down after that unfortunately.

I clamped for a couple of months and picked up about a 1/4” inch in girth at base and mid-shaft.nothing near the glans. I am definitely feel it being heavier and internally thicker, but I find that this feeling goes away, along with the gains, if I stop for a week.
