Hi everyone. I got a question concerning rest days. On rest days, is it strictly a full resting day with no PE at all, or are you allowed to do light stretches or so called piss pulls?

I’ve just started PE about 3 weeks and currently doing a 2 day on/1 day off cycle. On my rest day I find it very tempting to do some light stretches or light jelqs throughout the day. So I’m just wondering what are people’s thoughts on this?

Well, there isnt really a consensus around rest days. The main approach is that every person responds differently to an X amount of load and a Y amount of rest. You’ll just have to figure this one on your own, dont be afraid to experiment with those things. Do it and watch your PI’s.

Rest days should be rest days in my opinion. In my experience, my EQ got down even with light jelqs / piss pulls when i did them on rest days. Like misterN said, watch your PI’s.

Rest days are very important , don’t overwork your penis this early on it can make future gains very difficult to achieve. once your penis is toughened up gains come harder, . Don’t look at the advanced exercises as better exercises or for those with more experience . they are advanced because it is harder to achieve gains.

For me rest days are very important. I think it’s good in any sort of thing like this to give the body a chance to recover a bit. Yes, it’s a different recovery mechanism than in muscle building, but it’s recovery nonetheless. On my rest days I don’t do any PE. That doesn’t mean I abstain from sex or jerking off. If I’m taking a leak I’ll give it a light stretch for a few seconds, but not start anything like an extended 30 second stretch. When I’m not pumping I do rest days every other day. When I’m pumping I do heavy PE days with pumping only days in between with one or two total rest days interspersed in the mix. I also take a rest day any time my dick feels “tired” or “worn out.” Whether that was due to too much sex or really going overboard on PE two days before I recommend never doing a PE set with a “tired” dick.

Do you workout or exercise any? If so, how do you handle rest days with regards to body exercises?

Everyone’s body is different, and will respond differently to a different amount of stimulus. Some people need a complete abstention from any exercise, while some people find that light stretching, kegels, hanging, what have you.

I personally like to do a light stretching session when I shower. Nothing extreme, usually 5 minutes at most of working different angles and getting a full erection.

I do Reverse kegels on rest days

Restdays is meant to rest.. simple as that!

And when you rest you don’t do any exercises and PE. Believe me! You need restdays if you want to enjoy this journey in the long run to the positive and fun way.

You don’t want to advance up in levels all the time, because your dick fights back against you and toughen up.. screaming, “I need rest”!
