Question around rest days
Hi everyone. I got a question concerning rest days. On rest days, is it strictly a full resting day with no PE at all, or are you allowed to do light stretches or so called piss pulls?
I’ve just started PE about 3 weeks and currently doing a 2 day on/1 day off cycle. On my rest day I find it very tempting to do some light stretches or light jelqs throughout the day. So I’m just wondering what are people’s thoughts on this?
