I am a newbie, and the reason why I am posting a question about the physiological indicators is because I am unable to trace down the symptom in which I currently am experiencing with my unit.

Not being 100% sure if this is correlates within this topic, but after a workout and a 5 minute warm down in the shower I notice my Penis shrinks. Slight soreness in which I have read is acceptable,
But the real factor I am trying to describe here is: When I dig down slightly through the outer skin layer, the Tunica feels tender, stiff, and hard when the Penis is in it’s flaccid state.

Correct me if I’m wrong, but my guess is that the tissues inside are going under a regeneration process and blood flow inside has increased ? This is the tender feeling ?

That is common after jelqing especially if the penis is not conditioned to PE.

Because I’ve noticed almost like an instant growth in my Penis when I started PE. Right now I am facing bit of a challenge. Increasing intensity broke the limits by so far.
