Question About The Fat Pad

Hi,

I’m an overweight guy, maybe even obese?(clinically speaking about being the being 30lbs overweight, not hundreds of lbs lol) I don’t know. I’m 5’10” and weigh 230lbs.

Basically my question is should I hold off on PEing until I loose the weight and the fat pad? Because right now my penis is alot smaller then it should due to this fat pad.. If I pull back the fat around my pubic area, my penis gains 2-3” in flaccid length.

Why would you need to hold off? I can’t see why the two processes would interfere.


Start (Initially August 2008, Properly November/December 2008): 6.9x4.9

Currently (September 2010): 8.5x5.75 (6.25 inch head girth)

If PEing is keeping you from doing the other P.E., yes.

No. Best way is : do both PE and physical workout. So, while your penis becomes longer, your fat pad becomes thiner, and you’ll have a double advantage.

You can do both at the same time, but loosing that excess weight should be your #1 priority. Not much point in having a bigger penis when you’re dead from a heart attack.

I consider fatpad reduction a part of PE, you are going to gain more and faster from weightloss. Actually you should be angry that you have 2.5” of dick that you are too fat to see.

Thanks for the quick replies guys. I guess I’m going to have to start doing the “newbie routine” I keep hearing about. I have no clue what I’m doing lol.

Well it’s not like my stomach is in the way of my view.. Ew..

It’s that my fat pad is pushing up whilst making my penis “push up” as well.

Sorry! But I think we need keep PE in perspective - it’s only one part of a bigger picture and looking after your overall health is an important part of it. Not only will it make you look and feel better, but in JTR’s case he’ll probably see more “enlargement” too!

Even though it runs in my family, thankfully I have not yet developed it. Nor will I, If I begin the weightloss process. =)

Hi JTR,
I’m a naturally overweight guy myself. I was sort of in the same boat as you are, at my heaviest I weighed 220 at 5’10”. Not Jerry Springer fat, but fatter than I should have been. I tried a whole bunch of things when it came to exercise and nutrition, before I found what worked for me. Eventually I got down to a quite muscular 180, right now I’m a slightly fatter (and also more muscular) 193 (med school means it is hard to fit in time to workout and eat right). I’m going to get back to my ideal, but school obviously takes precedence.

I’d wholeheartedly suggest you check out “The Anabolic Diet” by Dr. Mauro Dipasquale. It is designed to naturally raise your testosterone and GH levels. From my personal experience and from the biochemistry I know, it definitely works. It’ll strip fat off you like nothing else I’ve ever seen, and add muscle as well.

For working out I’d suggest checking out the book “Starting Strength” by Mark Rippetoe. It is the best book I’ve ever seen about the subject of lifting weights. As a side note, I’d suggest achieving your fat loss by gaining muscle rather than trying to do cardio. Lifting weights has the added benefit of increasing testosterone levels, which can only help with PE.

You can get by just fine without Dr. Dispasquale’s book it doesn’t add too much to the information already on the web. I’d strongly suggest buying Rippetoe’s book or DVD. I’ve personally bought and given (had training partners borrow) 3 copies already.
