Hi there,

I’m relatively new here..
I found out about PE a couple of months ago and tried jelqueing.. I’ve made some gains but came across this site a month ago and discovered a whole variety of exercises!
My question involves the stretching: I’m doing stretches in each direction for about 5 to 10 min. A day, but I have the impression that I’m stretching my skin more than I am my ligaments. How can I be sure? And how can I prevent this? It’s hard to keep a firm grip without the skin sliding forward, because my glans is quite small when flaccid. I’ve heard about baby powder, are there any other alternatives?

1. Make sure you clean the head of your dick and your hands thoughrouly before you start stretching to remove all the skin oils, then you’ll get a good grip.

2. Use something like regular toiletpaper and wrap it around the glans, it’s not as comfortable, but gives you grip.

3. Use some kind of device. Be innovative, but careful :) .

I often use my Captain’s Wrench for aided manual stretching. This works great! The clamp ensures that I am pulling my internal penis rather than simply stretching the skin.
