Question about spreading sessions out over the day.
Want your guys opinions on this..
Total time of stretching/hanging/jelqing/whatever= 30 minutes
Option A: 1 session lasting the full 30 minutes
Option B: 2 sessions (AM, PM) lasting 15 min. Each
Option C: 3 sessions (AM, Noon, PM) lasting 10 min each
Option D: 5 sessions throughout the day lasting 6 min. Each
Which program do you think would give you the most gains and why?
