Question about soreness
Well I’m asking another question, I hope it’s not stupid. I do my husbands Pe and the past 2 weeks or so he’s been complaining about soreness in his pelvic area. I read somewhere on here that soreness can be a positive indicator. However, whenever he’s lying down and then sits up (as in doing a sit-up to get up) he says it hurts and groans as though it’s very painful. It’s obvious to me that he’s hurting quite a bit. He says he believes it’s the ligaments just getting fatigued, which I suppose it could be.
I guess what I’m wondering is how can you tell if this is a negative indicator or a positive indicator? Also should we take a little time off? We’ve been doing the newbie routine for about a month or so now. We have seen gains of about an 1/8 of an inch so far. I think he’d like to keep going, I just want to make sure it’s safe to do so.
