Question about soreness

Well I’m asking another question, I hope it’s not stupid. I do my husbands Pe and the past 2 weeks or so he’s been complaining about soreness in his pelvic area. I read somewhere on here that soreness can be a positive indicator. However, whenever he’s lying down and then sits up (as in doing a sit-up to get up) he says it hurts and groans as though it’s very painful. It’s obvious to me that he’s hurting quite a bit. He says he believes it’s the ligaments just getting fatigued, which I suppose it could be.

I guess what I’m wondering is how can you tell if this is a negative indicator or a positive indicator? Also should we take a little time off? We’ve been doing the newbie routine for about a month or so now. We have seen gains of about an 1/8 of an inch so far. I think he’d like to keep going, I just want to make sure it’s safe to do so.

It rather looks like you are going at it a bit too boisterously.

Can you give details of what you are doing, (And since you are doing it for Hubby) How you are doing it? As you may be somehow straining something unduly. But ease off on the pressure, pulling and bending

Can you also be more specific about where (the pelvic area includes testicles as well )

5 minute warm up with rice sock. 5 minutes manual stretches in all directions.
Manual dry jelq for 10 minutes.
Power jelq for 5 minutes.
Squeezes for 5 minutes.

There’s been no discoloration. The soreness is around the top of the base of his penis in a kind of upside down you shape, and also directly on the pelvic bone itself. There is no pain in the testicles according to him. He’s done this routine before but never got this sore. He doesn’t seem to think theres a problem but I’m worried. So what do you think?

Soreness is not a problem; pain is. If he’s having pain, he should rest, or ligaments inflammation could be the result. Just my opinion.
